Maurice Terzini’s Iconic Bondi Restaurant debuts at Splendour in the Grass


With the sell out success of last year’s pop up dining experience still tingling the taste buds, we’re is lifting the cloche on 2019’s hot ticket, a new partnership with one of Australia’s most creative entrepreneurs, restaurateur Maurice Terzini and his iconic Bondi Beachside restaurant, Icebergs Dining Room and Bar.

Gather your crew and experience a truly exclusive and unique event paired with innovative and delicious mixed drinks and the highest quality three course feast curated carefully to tantalise your taste buds. Positioned in a private and picturesque backstage location overlooking a lake, take a step off-piste and come and experience 2 hours of Bondi Icebergs goes punk rock. 

The 100 seat pop up Icebergs will feature a special Splendour menu created by Icebergs’ Executive Chef Monty Koludrovic. Joining Monty will be the well-known and highly regarded team from Three Blue Ducks. Their love of real food and supporting local producers makes a perfect combination that you won’t want to miss.
